5 out of 5 eggsAbsoultly The Best Elder Scrolls

Pros: This game is great and it surely beats its predecessor The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. There is so much to explore and some many quests to do. The graphics are 100% better than it's other predecessors and I am truly amazed at the detail put into this game. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Cons: None

1 out of 5 eggsLike console graphics, look great from a distance; not so much up close

Pros: Skyrim. Once updated to support Kinect, the game goes from being awesome to OMGaaawesome! I cannot speak highly enough about this game. The scope, depth and immersion is simply amazing. Being able to use my voice to shout, equip weapons and spells, and generally interface with the UI is a real treat. I don't find that using voice commands takes me out of the game, but to each their own on that one.

Art book is awesome, anyone who collects art will enjoy the scenery.

Dragon statue looks great from a distance.
Dragon Wall looks good from a distance.

Cons: Skyrim has a few minor niggles & outstanding bugs, but nothing show stopping, mostly voice command related. I'm not going to get into them here as I have much more to say on the Dragon statue & wall.

This 15-piece dragon(pre-assembled) is made out of semi-flexible PVC. If you're attentive, you can see where pieces are glued together.

The dragon wall is hollow with a seemingly cheap plastic bottom. Mine's scratched up and, the real issue, the dragon wall rocks and is noticeably not sitting flush. Very annoying. Taking it apart(six screws, two were basically stripped before I started), one of the mounting points is visibly stressed (grey plastic is white) and cracked. Looks like two threads did not take nicely, which caused the bottom plate to not be flush.

Trying to mount dragon to the wall, its right wing talon(glued on piece) will not rest as pictured, looks to not be at right angle. I cannot bend nor heat(adhesive may separate) so I basically have a useless showpiece.

Other Thoughts: If this were a review of just the game, it would be 5/5. However, I purchased the collector's edition for a reason, so my review takes all items into account and weighs them appropriately and still lands a 1/5, as the statue was my primary reason for purchasing the CE.

I'm not sure of my next move, but one way or another I want resolution or my money back, but preferably a proper statue to put on display.

5 out of 5 eggsSKYRIM!

Pros: The whole collection box is at most the best looking casing you can imagine from the great Bethesda Game Studios. The game is exceptional in its own way.

Cons: The case that holds the game and DVD is a little flimsy and that is it.

Other Thoughts: You have to play this game to even get my drift of what I'm trying to say. I recommend buying the Collector's Edition game and Collector's Edition Hardcover Guide Book to make the game complete. The Collector's Guide Book has so much information you can't even read the entire book in three hours even if you tried.
