Cons: Very very fragile, pivot point on one phone broke within a month. Subsequently repaired with tie wraps and tape. A kloodge if there ever was one.
Other Thoughts: Very disappointing effort for Turtle beach, a company with a good history in sound. C'mon guys, you act like you've never made headphones before... or even seen them.

Rating: 2/5Great When they work
Pros: Clear surround sound audio, works with ps3,xbox360, and any component that outputs audio.
Cons: The wheel thing for game volume has been broken since day one. No serial number inside the headset. where it should be according to turtle beach. Cant get support for it as it requires an sn#.
Other Thoughts: I have been fighting with newegg since i bought them for an rma and they haven't responded in 3 months now.

Rating: 1/5Do Not Buy This headset or From This Company
Pros: Good headset for about a month
Cons: The headset ear piece broke off about a week after i got it, when i just pulled it off my head. I did the regular return stuff and sent it in. It took them 3 weeks to return the WRONG headset, after I bugged them for another 2 weeks they finally sent me the right headset with correct parts. The 7.1 and optical part never worked again, but i wasn't about to try to fix that. And today randomly the right ear piece stopped working, do to a short that can't be fixed. I will never buy this company again and i will never recommend this company to anyone.
Other Thoughts: DON'T BUY

Pros: Long Chord, Great Surround Sound, Xbox360/PS3/PC, Mic has awesome pickup, Comfortable.
Cons: Bass Quality is lacking.
Other Thoughts: Unlike other users, my headphones have last over a year now without any problems that weren't my own(kids) fault. I like that I can use them on my PC, Xbox, and PS3. The surround is great, but I feel it lacks a little on the bass. It has some boost, but it doesn't feel quite right to me. I have been told the MIC quality is excellent. Definitely a giant step up from a Bluetooth.

Rating: 1/5Skip it and get the Creative Labs gaming series instead!
Pros: This headset is not that great. I tried in the PS3 and the PCs I have, different sound test were run with different games, operating systems, etc. The bass fell very flat (the dynamic response is only 20hz - 20Mhz, it should be MUCH lower than this for bass!). There was a great deal of humming and hissing in the background both with the normal setup and with the SRS 7.1 module installed. If you don't have a PC that has a special PDIF output on the card then you're in trouble because the humming/hissing won't go away so be warned!. Because of the cost of this thing versus the cost of say something like the Creative Labs gaming series, I can't recommend this set to anyone, sorry. I can only in good conscience give it 3 stars. I am currently using the Creative Labs Fat1lty gaming headset on the PC and PS3 and found the bass to be incredible and the device simple to use. It also has a removable mic which makes things easier. For those that say these headsets are breaking on them you have g

Pros: I have had these headphones for about 6 months now and have not had any major problems with them. First set of headphones I have ever owned and am pleased with the quality. I have been able to pick up on small nuances in music that I have not been able to with other listening devices. The bass adjuster works well and allows me to decide how much bass I want. The mic also works very well and I have had no issue transmitting or receiving audio chat from others
Cons: I enjoy listening to jazz and screaming high trumpets, and at times when the trumpets get high enough I notice some crackling in the audio. When I turn the volume down the crackling goes away, but I never play anything too loud to start with.
Other Thoughts: Overall a very nice headset that I enjoy listening to music over.

Pros: - good sound ( while it lasted ) - comfortable to wear
Cons: stereo sound is gone , all it has is mono now .... long cord gets hung up on everything and since the cords are poorly anchored to the headset , they come loose very easily.

Rating: 2/5Lasted 2 months then it broke
Pros: Long Wire Excellent Sound
Cons: Price Cheap materials Lasted only two months then it broke
Other Thoughts: I bought this for $150 two months ago brand new not on newegg but some other store. All of a sudden now after two months the headset broke how I just put it on my head like any other day and it broke that simple. Turtle Beach has used the most cheapest material that they could have found and assembled this product. Just be aware that it might break. The price is a little bit too high also.

Rating: 2/5DPX21 Review
Pros: -Comfortable -Playback technically works fine
Cons: -Unnecessarily long cord -Buzzing and background noise that I never got with other headphones -Microphone never worked -Flimsy
Other Thoughts: I was a little disappointed with this set of headphones. I know Turtle Beach can make some great ones, but these are not them. If you want good headphones, go for some more expensive TBs. Otherwise buy a different brand.
