OS not as advertised
Pros: Easy to setup, mounts on the back of the users screens, No longer have to have a computer foot print on the floor. I have ordered older versions of these computers in the past couple of years and have had no issues. Wireless works well, with no antennae to break off.
Cons: I bought this particular computer because it was advertised as having a 32-bit OS installed. Which isn't a big deal to me, but our programmers are still having some 64 bit issues. So I buy the 32 bit systems to give them more time to work on the 64 bit issues with a test box that I built for them. I was quite surprised that when the boxes arrived on the side it states "Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (includes the right to switch to windows 7 32-bit)" So now I have to run the factory restore on every one of these to get them to 32 bit. Making the time to setup these machines take a lot longer now.
Other Thoughts: Should have been installed as advertised, or at least stated somewhere that they are pre-installed with 64 bit with an option for 32-bit.

perfect for needs
Pros: Comes with mounts and fits perfectly to the back of our Acer V173 monitors. I picked this up to help conserve space, plus they are cheaper than most thin clients. Has Win 7 pro, good RAM amount, and good HDD space (we wont be using much of it). For basic day to day users this is a great computer, plus a major space saver!
Cons: Is a bit painful to setup and has lots of bloatware (lost 1 egg due to this) 5400RPM hard drive, but I knew this going into it so no loss of eggs there. Not easy to take apart it seems. I have not tried to, but if one would like to upgrade the HDD is does not appear to be very easy.
Other Thoughts: All in all this is a good computer, It suits our needs very well. If your in need of a think client style computer go for this. It is a full computer, but not made for power users. Runs surprisingly well for what it is, but has some short comings. Buy this if your in need of a low end computer to get the day to day light work loads done, but for anything else look else where. As the 1st reviewer said this computer is 64-bit not 32, but all Win 7 licenses work for both 32 and 64-bit. If this is an issue I would suggest installing a fresh install of win 7 pro 32bit. Most IT depts should have a cd on hand to do so, if not they need to get one. Plus doing so would eliminate the Bloatware issue.

Slow, and NOT 32-BIT!
Pros: Very small. Has the option to attach to the VESA mounting holes on the back of your monitor, making it in effect an all-in-one PC, using zero desk space beyond what the monitor needs.
Cons: I have never used an Atom-cpu NetTop before -- are they all this slow? It took me like an hour to uninstall all the crapware, and not because there was a lot, just because each uninstaller ran excruciatingly slowly.
Other Thoughts: 3 eggs based on assuming I can get 32-bit Windows without having to buy it. I will take off an egg if that turns out to be wrong, stay tuned.
