5 out of 5 eggsCute little eMachine

Pros: Very small, easy to set up and go, worked perfect right out of the box.

Cons: Very small, Needs a bigger PSU

Other Thoughts: I got this for my mother who loves to play games from game house and big fish. She loves it, of course her last computer was a 8 year old dell lol. I would suggest if you get this to think about getting a bigger PSU

5 out of 5 eggsSatisfied - for now

Pros: I needed a relatively inexpensive computer in a hurry to replace one that died (fried motherboard). The refurbished EL1358G-51W was relatively inexpensive, arrived quickly and was in impeccable condition - the case looked new and the inside was spotless. The keyboard and mouse looked brand new. It is amply sufficient for my needs: 1) To acquire data from two pieces of equipment; 2) Light use of Microsoft Office; and 3) Light internet browsing.

Cons: I leave the computer on all the time, and after two days, it feels very warm. I don't need to upgrade the computer, but if you do - it isn't the best computer for you.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Excellent machine! I did not know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. I'm not a gamer, so this about meets all of my needs. It handles my video processing software, and pictures. Good for word processing and business software. I will upgrade to a larger PSU, graphics card & CPU (Athlon II x4 650). Not because I really need it, but rather being that I would like to use this platform as a learning base to build my own system.

Cons: Nothing really. It is what it is. Works fine.

Other Thoughts: Great for non-gamers (although I did try out a car racing program and found it fun).

4 out of 5 eggsInitial hassle, satisfied result.

Pros: For the price, it's hard to beat. A healthy sized harddrive, decent processor and it's compact. It does a great job for what I need it to do after I fixed it.

Cons: When it first arrived I set it up, powered it on and.... no video signal. Checked my VGA cable, that's good. Checked the monitor with another PC, no problem there. Hmm... the CPU fan is spinning so it's likely not the mobo. Narrowed it down to the HDD, all connections are a go. Replaced the SATA data cable and... bingo! We have liftoff! Was an initial hassle but easily solved. Only reason I had to dock it an egg.

Other Thoughts: Replaced the power supply with a 400w one, added a low profile video card and upgraded to 8GB of RAM and this is a fun little computer! To the point where I went and bought a copy of Diablo II to have some fun.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect compter for the casual user

Pros: Small, quite, fast processor for the price point, windows 7 and huge hard drive. Fantastic price! This is a wonderful computer for the casual user wanting to do word processing, lite game play, surfing the net, watching online videos (assuming you have high speed internet service), and video chatting (SKYPE, etc).

Cons: None - as long as you understand that this computer is designed for the casual computer user. IT IS NOT A GAMING COMPUTER - so if you are planning to play any modern games with high graphic needs - this is not the computer for you.

Other Thoughts: Bought this for my mother who uses it to surf the internet, play some lite games (solitaire, etc), SKYPE with the family and watch some online videos that family shares with her. She absolutely loves this computer and it is has more than enough power for her needs. Great buy!

5 out of 5 eggsBest Machine for the money

Pros: By far the best machine for the money.

Cons: Only one video output and if you want to get a new card you are limited by the power supply. Not a gamer machine but great for anyone else that does word processing or internet and a few small programs. Not a design machine would not handle most Adobe suite programs but few home users are hudge adobe people away from the office. A great all around small and quite lower power machine.
