4 out of 5 eggsGreat little machine.

Pros: Works great as a little media player PC. Have it hooked up to my living room TV to stream Netflix and other online media.

Cons: Has a lot of trouble streaming higher quality video and dont even try HD.

Other Thoughts: I think this is a great little computer for the price.

4 out of 5 eggsdecent low-power system

Pros: small, quiet, built-in wireless and card reader, decent-sized disk, okay performance for a low-power system (runs XP surprisingly well)

Cons: first unit was DOA (replacement unit seems to work fine); slow compared to most general purpose computers

Other Thoughts: I'm planning to use this as a low-power, always-on file and web server, and it's perfect. It's got enough power to run a modern OS, but nothing I don't need, and cheaper than almost any other low power/small form factor computer.

5 out of 5 eggsVery good PC

Pros: Small footprint, easy to set up, 4 USB slots, excellent wireless reception.

Cons: No Firewire, Windows XP home

Other Thoughts: Great delivery from Newegg as usual. I was amazed how good the wireless reception is and the speed of this little unit.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat little computer

Pros: With a memory upgrade, works nicely as a media PC. Streams content from my file server over WiFi with no issue. Haven't tried HD content yet but SD is fine.

Cons: WMC7 is extremely stuttery with included memory. Needed an upgrade. Couldn't get it to do 1080i.

Other Thoughts: I bought another one because the first one was so awesome. =)

5 out of 5 eggsExactly what you expect it to be.

Pros: This is a great little machine. It works right out of the box, it's extremely quiet, it draws very little power, and it's a bit smaller than a Nintendo Wii. Perfect for web browsing and media, though not for newer games. It can't stream HD video, but it has handled every other video playing task that I've thrown at it.

Cons: -No CD/DVD drive, so consider picking up an external device if you think you'll need it.

-Comes with some (but surprisingly little) unnecessary software that should be uninstalled or disabled if, like me, you hate your system running superfluous processes.

-The system emits a faint, high-pitched ring when turned off if there's an ethernet cable plugged into it. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but it's a bit strange. Also has the odd effect of making this the first machine I've ever owned that actually makes more noise when it isn't running.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Product - Functions Well

Pros: The device is great for what it is billed as. It's not a super user's data crunching machine - it's a stripped down, bare bones PC that can surf the web, and act as a great slave for things like VNC sessions.

Cons: Cheap price means cheaper quality, though it's not overly apparent on this computer. The keyboard and mouse are bargain bin junk, but the machine itself runs beautifully.

Other Thoughts: I'd definitely recommend this product to someone who wants a very bare bones, easy to use web surfing system.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Box

Pros: Small Form Factor, Low Power consumption, Upgradable, Easy to use. I bought this after my main home office PC kicked the bucket. Loaded Windows 7 Ultimate on it and it runs great. Plan on upgrading the RAM and HDD when I get the money. As long as you don't plan on doing any gaming on this it is a perfect choice PC.

Running Win7 I had Firefox with 12 tabs open while installing apps and it was taxing the CPU but not slowing down my work to much. Full Screen Youtube has some hiccups but overall it is great.

I am able to leave this on 24/7 with no worries, will probably pay for itself soon enough, last PC was an Athlon 64 X2 3800+, so this is a great upgrade/downgrade.

Cons: Slow, but what do you expect, I don't want a workhorse. Keyboard and Mouse aren't that great, used a different mouse but am using the keyboard not to happy with it, it is like a laptop Keyboard, I will be upgrading eventually.

Used the Linux OS for a day before I reloaded it, not very user friendly, would recommend upgrading to something else, Win7 runs better/faster than the default OS.

Other Thoughts: Even though it is slow it is an excellent product, Asus out did themselves again, they never let me down. I would recommend installing Win7 from a USB key, directions are online and it is super easy. You cannot get better for the price. Love it.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty Solid

Pros: Great little entertainment center pc if you are running 480p. My big tv is a little older and this is just the ticket. Easy to overclock...not sure how much I'm getting from that but hey. Price is definitely solid.

Cons: Mouse is weak. I bought an awesome QWERTY Mouse from Taiwan to replace. RAM install is tricky--it is supposed to have two sticks of 500MB RAM and mine had 1GB. I went looking for the other slot and it was actually on top of the first. I all ready had two 1GB sticks so I installed them and have 1GB of OEM RAM. I definitely don't like prying covers off anything.

Other Thoughts: I would definitely recommend.
