can this unit with the motherboard take 2 graphics cards?

The expansion slots available are listed in the specifications. I only have the one GTX780 and haven't tried dual graphics cards (sorry). That said, the 780 supports three monitors.  I have two Dell 32" monitors attached to the 780 and they work fine. I don't use my unit for gaming. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Does the HDMI output Audio ?

It is my understanding that the HDMI standard calls for audio as well as video output, thus I would opine yes, but haven't verified same. I am using a DVI-D connection to my Dell U3011.

Can you overclock the CPU?

Using the Asus utilities yes. You can also tweek the settings in the bios, but be careful you do your comparative math correctly or you will make your ram unusable.

Windows 7 Home premium with 32Gb? Isn't the limit 16?

Guys, please do not volunteer answers if you do not have enough information. I think most shoppers are looking for answers from people who: A) have some sort of authority on the topic (Newegg or Asus people in this case), B) have EXTRA tech knowledge than the rest of us, or C) actually own the item and can speak from experience. This shopper's question is valid because here are the specs advertised for this system:

How can Windows 7 Home premium handle 32Gb of memory when the limit is 16Gb? Unless it comes with Win 7 Pro...

Win. 7 HP, as far as I know and as far as I've experienced with the G10AC, cannot handle 32GB DDR3.  I purchased Win 7 Professional, installed it, and la voila, the 32GB DDR3 was recognized. The upgrade was painless (except for the looting of my wallet) via Win Upgrade feature.
I understand that Win 8 will also recognized the 32GB but I didn't want to go down that road.
But be warned that recognizing 32GB will cut into your 128GB SATA SSD available storage by another 16GB. I needed more GBs so I replaced the Intel (least in my system) SSD with a 240GB SanDisk SDSSDXP240G. With SW loaded I now have 104GB free.

Question 6

Is there any way to get a different power supply for this? A 400-500W would cut it close with that graphics card, and I want to play it safe!

My G10AC has a GeForce GTX 780 card and I haven't experienced any issues.  But I haven't done heavy gaming and I am running only one Dell U3011 monitor at this time. According to GeForce the Minimum Recommended System Power for the 780 is 600W. I cannot explain why Asus would then put a 500W PS in my unit, other than to save cost or maybe the 780 will run fine on 500W. Again, to date, I have experienced not problems...subject to change.

That Power Supply seems a little weak for that hardware... Is that a typo?

When I installed a 240GB SSD in my G10AC I noted that my PS was 500W. I agree it seems anemic as to what I'm used to but I have had no power supply problems. Apparently a 400W PS is used in some G10ACs, at least according to the specs.
