5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Received this machine much earlier than I expected. Packaging was excellent. Very easy setup with no issues at all other than my lack of familiarity with Vista. All I had to do was unbox, plug in the periperals, and push the start button. Certainly a great gaming experience with the dual 8800. I have everything set to max in EQII and AoC which I play regularly. I really appreciate the temp gages at the top for a quick visual.

Cons: None to speak off so far. The start button being placed at the top of the case has caused a couple of unintended restarts when I placed my hand on the machine to look behind it.

Other Thoughts: While this is not the "dream" machine the cadillac crowd would drop 6k for, for the regular blue collar folks, this machine is an excellent purchase and more than enough of everything to keep you happy for days to come.

5 out of 5 eggsVery nice

Pros: Very powerful, very fast, fairly quiet. None of the bloatware you get when you buy a Dell or Gateway, and it comes with a few free games from steam (link is on the desktop when you boot, but you have to download steam to get them).

Cons: Comes with Vista 32-bit instead of 64, so if you actually want to use more than 3.5 gigs of RAM at some point, you'll have to upgrade the OS. Also, while in specs it says that they use two sets of of ram (one pair of 1g, and one 512MB pair) this was not the case with me. I got 3 1g sticks, so I'm not running dual channel on my last set of RAM. Finally, I did notice that buzzing noise from the front headphone jack that someone else mentioned; however, it only occurs when you have a non-window's piece of software running in a non-windowed mode (for example a game not running in windowed mode).

Other Thoughts: Overall a great system

3 out of 5 eggsPretty good except support/cooling

Pros: Most of the components in the computer are high end, and appear to run well, except for the fans, which don't seem to move that much air. I still give this a 3/5 because all of the components run so well aside from the fans.

Cons: Apparantly I had a very different experience from most customers who ordered this product. When the package arrived at my house, it looked as though the UPS guy had thrown the box off the back of the truck. When moving the computer up to my office, the front and back sides of the case seemed a little flimsy. Upon starting the computer, the red light in the case did not come on, and neither did the fans that were running through the same connections. iBuyPower tech support was unable to solve my issue over the phone. I turned the computer off, and later found a loose connection and got the fans/light to come on. The machine still idles on the hot side (CPU idles at about 39C, MB at about 46C when the room is about 75F, hotter if the room temp rises). iBuyPower refuses to admit that something is wrong with the cooling, so I can't get it repaired, meanwhile Newegg will not give me a replacement because they don't define this as "defective".

Other Thoughts: My computer didn't come with any of the extra stuff that some people are listing. I also only get about 20-30 FPS on the Crysis demo with settings on very high, which is still respectable, but again not as high as some are listing it.

If I got to do this over again, I might spend a little more money on a product I knew was better.

4 out of 5 eggsGood deal

Pros: The price is deffinately the best feature. Its fast, and games run great on high graphics. Its also very quiet.
COD4 runs great on the highest graphics.
Overall...I'm set for the next two years.

Cons: Like others had to wait weeks to get on on order.
Not much documantation (Asus P5N-E SLI manual only). Nothin else. One of the wires by the start button was sticking out; I loosened the cover and tucked it in. The Vista CD has no CD key; if I have to reinstall it will not be fun. There is a CD with software (Norton antivirus, Corel Snapfire SE 1.2, Intervideo DVD copy 5 Trial, Acrobat 7 and Dirextex 9) For all intents and purposes its useless. The Intevideo software is for XP.

Other Thoughts: Don't freak out if you can't open the side panel. There are two screws to remove in the back before you can remove it.
No Company of Heroes CD...(The other guy was lucky they included it. Or I was unlucky not

5 out of 5 eggsAWESOME DEAL!

Pros: This is an excellent gaming system and very sexy to boot! I seriously could not believe the price at first. I hooked it up to my 46" 1080p Sharp Aquos through HDMI and it looks wonderful! It can run Company of Heroes flawlessly and Crysis at very high settings at an average of 30-45 FPS with some dips here and there.

Also, it is a VERY quiet system. I'd go as far as to say that it is quieter than my Falcon Xbox 360 when the disc is spinning!

Cons: The only con I could think of is that both the 3 gigs of ram and to a lesser extent the 2.4 processor sort of hold this beast back a little bit (it rates 4.4 in the windows experience index). Not a biggie since I'm sure most people will want to upgrade thier systems down the line anyway...

Also, good luck trying to get a hold of this baby! Took me a good two weeks before I was able to find one in stock!

Other Thoughts: You'll also get two copies of Company of Heroes, as it comes bundled with the 8800GT. Just though I'd mention this since it's not listed in the item description :P

5 out of 5 eggsGood so far

Pros: The case is big and has lots of room for cooling and keeping everything clean. It doesn't come with any Norton or AOL garbage pre-installed. It comes with a real version of windows vista home premium with a cd-key and disc and all. Everything seems very solid and it really is everything I hoped for. I don't see where they cut any corners to save money making this thing.

Cons: It has some front jacks for headphones and a mic and I do get some weird buzzing in my headphones when I use it. Some sort of interference there, so I just use the inputs on the back of the computer instead. Those front ports seem to never work right on any computer in my experience.

Other Thoughts: Being someone who cannot build a computer myself, there is no cheaper way that I can find to get this kind of gaming machine. It is exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay and I would purchase from again in a heartbeat.

5 out of 5 eggsSuper happy

Pros: Excellent gaming desktop. The low price had me a bit concerned but all was well once everything was setup. I'm running this system through a Sony Grand Wega 60" and it's amazing.
So far, so good. It is an extremely quiet system. I cannot hear it at all and it runs constantly at 33C.

Cons: Not many in stock. Good luck ordering yours!

Other Thoughts: I have reiterate how happy I am with this setup.
