5 out of 5 eggs2 Year check-up

Pros: Fast processor and seemingly durable motherboard. Case looks sexy and MOST fans are quiet. Should've built it myself, but I like this package.

Cons: Power supply fan was LOUD! Video card is weak, only 4 gigs of ram for this price point? Didn't include a monitor?
this thing is a dust MAGNET!

Other Thoughts: I replaced mouse when I got it and gave it to my grandmother (she loves the ergonomics and dpi changer) Currently have
This mobo (gigabyte ga-m68mt - s2p
This case (think it's based off of an apevia?)
MSI Radeon R7770
Thermaltake TR2 600W
This hgst HDD
This thing was probably not worth it, but I love ibuypower!

4 out of 5 eggsCan't complain

Pros: Sleek, fast, inexpensive, room for upgrade.

Cons: PSU is pathetic.

Collects a lot of dust on the screen where the red light is located - high visibility location and heard to get dust out in near edges.

Other Thoughts: Be prepared to buy a new PSU if you plan to upgrade. I've upgraded the card 3 times. The most recent was a ATI4870 which required a new PSU. The one before was a 5670 and the original PSU did just fine.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Buy

Pros: For the price your not going to get much better. All the components are ok and the machine is expandable.

Cons: All of the components are lower end parts. Obviously for the price I didn't expect anything else. The GT 520 should be your first replacement. If you dont want to worry about getting a new power supply a GT 440 would be the way to go. I currently have my old GT 240 in it and it performs worlds better than the 520. But again for the price of this machine I cant complain

Other Thoughts: Im tearing through Deus ex, starcraft II, shogun 2 and warhammer 40k space marine with absolutely no problem. And I'm pumped I have a system for Skyrim and BF3. Very happy with IBUY. The only 2 changes so far were my GT240 and 8gb of XMS ram

5 out of 5 eggsgreat value

Pros: Fast for cost
Upgradeable

Cons: ?

Other Thoughts: I bought this computer to get me back into the gaming world and for engineering programs, laptops just can't take the heat (hah!). It is pretty fast for the cost, good graphics (not the best obviously). I'm happy!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Computer

Pros: Runs fast, no lag, Performs great with games. Ran Crysis on full settings while running an internet radio station and could switch between them with no lag at all. Red LED lights in the front are cool. Very easy to set up. Worked perfect right out of the box. Room for expansion. Quad core processor runs great allows you to do alot at once. 4GB of ram makes it run smooth. Looks cool on top of a desk.

Cons: Fans are a little noisy, Nothing terrible though. A little on the bigger side, but if you have room its fine. Old wireless adapters wont work on it, had to buy a new one that works on a 64 bit system. Didn't like the key bored that came with, pretty cheap. But that is what I expected.

Other Thoughts: The top reset button, looks like an eject button. Only made that mistake once.

5 out of 5 eggsNot bad at all.

Pros: The computer is wonderful for what you pay. The hardware is great, meets all my needs, and I have not had a problem yet. The tower is also very quiet.

The delivery was fast and everything was intact - kudos to Newegg.

Cons: As others have said the power Supply and graphics card are on the low-end side of the spectrum, but understandably given what you pay.

I'm still able to play Starcraft 2 and Shogun 2, and hopefully SWtoR later this year.

Other Thoughts: If you want a better graphics card and/or power supply, buy a more expensive model. You are not going to receive the best piece of hardware in every category for only 500$, and you shouldn't expect to. I will update this later if I encounter any problems.

5 out of 5 eggsStill up and amazing

Pros: Alot of space to upgrade, very cool inside never overheats, alot of vents and LED light front fan.

CPU: The Phenom II x4 955 "in my opinion" is the most powerful quad core I have been within my days of being with this computer. No bottle neck when it comes to gaming.

PSU: It's good enough for what's running inside the computer but will defiantly update by next year.

GPU: Great performance from the GT 520 even though it's a very low card but the quad's really backs it up.

Cons: From my other review nothing has happened since I got this computer. No cons except for UPS delivery but not neweggs fault.

Other Thoughts: From my other review everything is still working from a week ago when I got this computer. I will be sure to upgrade soon before next year so that would another chance to buy a new PSU and GPU from newegg.

Veryy happy with this computer.
