1 out of 5 eggsWaste of money

Pros: Unique box.

Cons: Hard drive seems to be incompatible with everything else, lots of ports that won't work even when rearraging them, lost of space, fans don't work fully and fan controls are just for show.

Other Thoughts: My husband bought me this computer on Black Friday, I have barely used it and in less than two months I have had to take it to repair twice and reformatted thrice. Every couple of weeks it gives an error that it fails to recognize the hard drive, I have an active antivirus and I only use it to play MMOs on it as I have a laptop for work, downloads, etc. A gargantuan waste of money, unless you want a PC you have to reformat bimonthly.

Pros: This computer is everything that it is advertised and so much more. Setup was fast and simple, graphics are amazing hooked up to a 46" LED-LCD, and blazing fast. Couldnt have asked for a better gift. BTW believe it or not with six fans running its still quiet.

Cons: The only con is its size.

Other Thoughts: Highly recommended.

1 out of 5 eggsOut almost 2 grand with no PC.

Pros: Fast boot (when it doesn't go to blue screen and have to start over), cool case features (lights, good airflow, cooling, door covering disk drive bays), looks nice.

Cons: Had problems almost immediately. Display drivers would crash and recover periodically. No big deal, updated drivers, reseated card, still having problems. Blue screen on about every other boot up. Tech Support/customer service pretty sure it's the card, I RMA the card (advanced, put $240 hold on my credit card), replace the card, still having problems. Have to RMA the entire thing. Newegg won't take it back because I'm a day or two past the warrantee period, which I can understand. iBuyPower won't cover shipping costs (it cost me $80+). Basically, a month after I purchased, I'm without a computer (I'm writing this on a very old laptop) and I'm short $1800+$80 for shipping something that should have worked in the first place. A PC of this cost shouldn't fail within a week or two.

Other Thoughts: It's unreasonable to think that 100% of chips, cards, and motherboards should roll off the assembly line in perfect working condition. I understand that. However, I think it is reasonable to expect reimbursement for shipping something to the company when they had an obligation to deliver a working product in the first place. By the way, the price breakdown above was $1550ish for the pc, $240 for the RMA'd graphics card (will be released on my card after they receive the orginal), and $80 for shipping. A bigger jerk than I would request some kind of compensation but I really don't care about that. I'd be happy with a working PC (that I paid for) and the shipping cost covered, or a full refund. Had I known it would have come to this I would have just returned it to Newegg within the 30 days or not bought it in the first place and built my own. We'll see how it turns out, I'll update this when I get the refurbished machine back.

5 out of 5 eggsMy friends envy me

Pros: Runs like a beast, does what I need it to do and it never slows down. Will play anything that I throw at it with complete ease. The processor is top of the line and I can say that this is my main toy for the coming years.

Cons: The only thing is that it is big, and a little heavy for a standard computer.

Other Thoughts: I love this computer and what it carries bringing me back to good old years of computer gaming without the worry of the game lagging on me.

5 out of 5 eggsVery nice!

Pros: I've had this computer for a few months, it runs everything I throw at it and then some. With fans on high all the components remain cool.

Cons: I had some issues as well with a rattling, I determined it came from the water cooling unit. I RMA'd for a new one, but the new one that was sent was leaking so I never installed it. The rattle is gone now so I'm pleased but it was a bit irritating 2 days after purchase to have a fan issue on the WC unit.

Other Thoughts: Solid state drive is a bit small but other than that everything on this machine runs great. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

5 out of 5 eggsGamer Supreme 956DLC Desktop

Pros: This machine is very fast. I loaded Windows 7 on the Solid State Drive so it is insanely fast. I put all my games on the TB HD and it plays everything I throw at it with all the specs way up with out heating up at all. Stays very cool no matter what its running. It is capable of overclocking way over what I have it set at and it still smokes every game I have. Me, I am very satified with my machine and feel like I have got my money's worth and more.

Cons: I had some minor problems with getting the Windows 7 and the network and such set up correctly. I would have liked Windows 7 to have been installed when it arrived. It would have been easier, but it wasn't too much of a problem.

Other Thoughts: An after thought I wished now that I had ordered a blue ray with the machine, but for the price I had to have it.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Comp for the Money

Pros: Fast, Fast, Fast. Windows score of 7.8. I overclocked my CPU to 3.9 ghz and it still runs cool. 40-50 'C. Huge case with lotsa room for additional hardware.
64 GB SSD is a bit small, but your OS and your favorite program/game will both fit on it. Windows boots insanely fast. You can put everything else on the 1TB HDD.
Did i mention the pretty blue lights inside and out.
You would have a hard time building this Rig yourself for this price.
It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I am glad I did. Hopefully I wont needa upgrade again for a few years.

Cons: It ran quiet for the first few days, then it started making a clicking sound after prolonged use. Reminds me of the sound old computers made when they were "thinking". I can't hear it with my headphones on so it doesnt bother me much.
The top of the tower is not flat, it has a slant to it. Gotta find somewhere else to stack cd's.
Tower is definately not portable. Weighing in at 50 lbs, and being nearly 2 feet tall, and 3 feet long, dont plan on it fitting in an overhead compartment.

Other Thoughts: If you are looking for a fast computer, but don't wanna fork out 4k for a top of the line PC, or be dissapointed because you didn

4 out of 5 eggsBEAST (literally)

Pros: fast, easy, plays anything out in the market, very quiet despite the 5 or 6 fans and the liquid cooling it is pretty quiet, knowing i can upgrade it in some if not many ways. HDMI made it helpful since i hook this bad boy up to the big screen so no buying a monitor for it. Processor never overclocks itself when playing games like my other computers i had in the past, as well as the RAM so thats a plus. Happy that here are two ports in front of it so it makes it easy add in like a controller or my mic and headset to get on line.

Cons: kinda big, and i know its a gaming computer but doesn't the OS normally come with at least a trial copy of office for free, LOL. plus there is one fan that should be there but the controls don't show it so what the hell happened there. then the second day i was trying to find out about that connection and how the 64 gig harddrive was positioned, the power cord for it snapped when i tried to put the cover back on, so the lay out from the start had to change a little, luckily i had a 2 tb to use.

Other Thoughts: I lived a pretty poor life and have dealt with computers that can play certain things but not everything, but i gotta say once i bought this big beast of a computer, my nuts were blown off. had a copy of crysis and installed that game, the computer played it like a champ. the second day i got it i put in another hard drive to install more stuff, so yeah i had a 1 tb, but now im up to 3 tb's and it still doesn't slow down, even though i put like a tb's worth of stuff and the thing keeps going. Well overall i am pleased with the computer and it is the only thing i have been messing with for the past two weeks, PS3 collects dust as well as my other consoles in my room. I brag about this computer all day with my co workers and friends, and they give me that look of envy or being annoyed, which pleases me. makes me feel like master of the barracks (yes im in the military), this computer i recommend because for one if it has made me happy then i can guarentee it will make anyone happy.

3 out of 5 eggsFast but Dissappointed

Pros: Very fast, beefy computer. Ran great for a day or two.
Loved in when it was working.

Cons: I think Im just unlucky. Found out the coolant was leaking onto the video card right off the bat. Seems the video card shorted out. So I replaced the card with an older card from my other computer and it worked for a day. Liquid leaked on that but it didn't short out. Now the motherboard gets power but the computer will not turn on. Dont get me wrong I think i got one that wasn't tested thouroughly. When it worked it was great.

Other Thoughts: My complaints are with Ibuypowers customer service, I called and filled out a form to ship it back and have yet to recieve the RMA number. For as much as you pay for a machine like this you would think you would not have a problem getting it fixed, considering this thing had been leaking within the 1st 2 days

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PC for the money

Pros: Pretty quiet, even tho the processor is water cooled the case fans do still make a bit of noise. Very fast boot times and great frames in all the games I've tried it on.

Cons: The case is absolutely massive. If you have the room for it then its not problem, but it is a very very big case.

Other Thoughts: It would be very hard to build this PC for less money without getting a few lower end items in certain spots. The value per dollar is quite high.
