Could I potentially upgrade the processer in the future?

This CPU can be upgrade to any of the Intel Ivy Bridge Generation CPU's. For example the i5-3570K, i7-3770K when upgrading the processor look for any processor that has a socket size of LGA 1155 and it will be up-gradable. The motherboard won't be compatible with 4th Generation Haswell CPU's as they are different socket CPU's (IVY Bridge = LGA 1155, and Haswell= LGA 1150)

I understand this system needs a new power supply to run properly what power supply did you buy that works well with it and how hard ( as a beginner ) is it to install ?

I bought http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182071 That power supply. It Has worked Very well. so far. as a matter of fact. I am typing this to you with the new pc. I am loving it so far. But you will need quite some know how to put that supply into the computer. it was rather difficult to do for me. There are a lot of connections. and if you do it wrong its possible that the motherboard will be fried. so make sure you know what to do, or have a local techy do it for you. or a techy friend. So yeah it was rather hard to install.

can this be made with a 1tg hard drive and a parallel port?  Could you also put 3.5 drive in is a well as a zip drive?  I would also like two hard drives installed so I can keep my accounting and my income tax clients separate.  I just want something that will run 
my needs.

I dont think you should use this pc for personal stuff like that. because if you dont have the know how. to get a new power supply and you mess up, you could lose all that information on the other drive... so be careful...

Will this computer run call of duty ghosts without too much lag?

This desktop will run COD: Ghost on Low to medium settings at around 30 FPS. You should set your resolution to 720P to have to ran smoother. Can the mother board be replaced?

I heard that the mother board tends to fry any suggestions?

Well I haven't replaced the motherboard, but it is a mini motherboard that I think could easily be replaced, if you knew what you were doing. I haven't had any problems with overheating and I upgraded the PSU and the GPU. The mouse and keyboard are terribly cheap quality though.
