The graphics card isn't on-board, is it?

Overall the description is very lacking in technical detail. No mention of the manufacturers or specs of the drives, memory, etc?

The specs on this PC says it uses PCIe 2.0 x16, but it appears that the GPU it comes with requires PCIe 3.0.  Are the listed specs correct or does this PC actually have PCIe 3.0? I'm going to want to be able to upgrade the video card at some point and the best cards seem to require 3.0.  Thanks!
