Would this run like Arma 3 and cs go on min or meduim graphics? 
And what fps?/

When i first bought this i could hardly run dayz on minimum graphics, i had to upgrade the processor and graphics card before i could play arma 3 at around 30-40 fps. it can play older games alright, but the graphics card is really low end. hope that helped!

I don't really run mine craft very often but I ran it with a few mods a while back and it ran just fine for me. The GPU will need updating in the future. But all around good computer for the price.

Will this computer be able to run Minecraft at 40-60 Fps while nothing else is running, just the game?

I say yeah. But it all changes when you add mods.

I have multiples question about this pc.
-how many FPS can it run minecraft with settings to the max?
-can there be 2 or 3 monitors connected to this pc?
-does it really have that LCD fan with color and is the color bright?

Not sure about minecraft or #of monitors though I know it does support at least two, I THINK it only supports two though.  It can be upgraded as easily as any desktop, screws are pretty easy to take out, case is fairly easy to take apart and access internals.  The fan on the back has red lcd's, power button has a blue lcd (VERY bright), case is clear and shows internals so red lights shines through but isn't enough to light up a room at night by itself...the power button light is though :)

just wondering will this run like triple A titles on at least medium grahpics?

Honestly no it wont, its a great starting computer though. I was able to run day z on low settings if that's a decent example. i upgraded to a 530watt psu and a radeon 7700 and can play Rome total war 2 on medium to high settings. Skyrim at ultra.

Can this particular desktop support double screen, with both HDMI or DVI?

I am running dual monitors but I have one running on HDMI and one running on DVI. It doesn't have two DVI ports so I doubt that you could run both on DVI out of the box. However it does have two separate HDMI ports I just didn't try setting up my monitors both using HDMI, hope that helps.
