It comes pre-built and ready to use. However if you do not have a screen that could come a couple days behind the computer if you by the bundle.

The sound card is actually integrated onto the motherboard. While sound cards still exist, they tend to be bought by people who are extremely picky about their audio quality. Integrated sound cards are extremely good quality-wise, so you'll find most new computers do not come with them by default.

i was getting 100fps max settings in league i never had any framerate issues with any pc games at max settings like the crew when i got this pc i started playing games off steam exclusivley no framerate issues yet
