Pros: none - worked for one week. Returned to Cyberpower 4 times since then

Cons: I asked for replacement becauase I was sold a lemon. I got this answer:


I am sorry that you are still experiencing problems with the computer. An RMA has already been issued for you to ship the computer in for warranty repair service here at CyberPower, but we cannot refund the system. We can only refund purchased made directly through CyberPower and not a reseller such as Newegg. Regardless this would not qualify for a refund since it is past the thirty days from original purchase date.

Pros: I've left 2 other reviews of this product prior to this one, and still, so far, so good. I see that a lot of people have problems with their PC's out of the box. Maybe I was super lucky, but everything is still going smoothly as when I got it.

Cons: The "filter" screen underneath the ventilated case coverings/grill (see the pictures) isn't easily removed, and if you're a clean freak like me, I hate to see dust there.

Other Thoughts: Ultimately, you're buying a PC, a super-sensitive electronic device, through the mail. It's large, and sometimes the UPS guys might not be gentle. I wouldn't necessarily throw the baby out with the bathwater as they say, but if that is a worry of yours, you definitely can't go wrong checking out local computer businesses. All-in-all though, I've still had a great experience with this PC, and it's definitely worth it's price.

Pros: Although many others seem to have experienced trouble with this product, I have had no such bad luck (knock on wood). It runs everygame i have fine on max graphics and for extended periods of time. I had a 7 hour play session yesterday on Everquest 2 with graphics set to extreme. The game froze once in the entire 7 hours of play, which is pretty good for eq2.

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: For the price this computer was definatly worth it.

2 out of 5 eggs2nd review - not so good

Pros: when it works, it is super fast.

Cons: I have had my computer for 3 months. I returned it to Cyberpower today. My computer was losing drivers, rebooting on it's own, screen freezes, blue screen, black screen, etc. I tried for several weeks to work through the problems - I thought the issue was some of the programs I loaded form my old computer. Last weekend, I went back to the start - loaded windozes as new, loaded all of the drivers as new. Still had the same problems. I contacted Cyberpower and they recommended returning the computer for repair. The tech I talked to thought it might be an issue with the motherboard. It cost me $100 to ship the computer. Parts, labor, and return shipping should be covered by Cyberpower.

Other Thoughts: The case on this computer is biiiggg. The system was much quieter than my old computer. I wish the USB and other ports that are on the top of the computer were on the front.

Pros: none

Cons: I received a broken computer... I called about 10 different numbers to see what to do... Finally after 5 hour wait periods on hold from cyberpowerpc they told me to send it back to them for repairs... Found out today that my computer On its way to geting repaired or on its way back from repairs... It has to get cleared through customs... And customs have the right to destroy the computer for any reason they see fit... And no one is to blame... So I just spent a huge sum of money for abselutly nothing... NOTHING!!!! no chunk of steel , no bits of motherboard... No wires... NOTHING!!!... no refunds available... Everyone claims its not their fault.. I won't get a computer or my money back... This is blaten highway robery... They might as well break into my house steal money straight out of my wallet and i would feel much more comfortable.. At least I would'nt false promises of a computer in return... Now i got to work the next few months to pay off my credit card for NOTHING!!!!

Other Thoughts: Legal action would cost too much...so I have to stand by and let myself get taken advantage of... While these conglomerate corporate theives Sit Behind their desks and laugh at me... If your smart you will shop elsewhere... I don't know if its newegg's fault or cyberpower pc or both... But eighter way... I ama victim of a crime. Im am going to contact the editor of PC Magazine in regards to this matter... We'll see who laughs then.

Pros: None

Cons: Probably won't work when you get it, mine didn't. It sounded like a jet took a stop inside my house when I turned it on. Couldn't get any kind of display on my brand new monitor either.

Other Thoughts: If you want to waste a week or two buying from cyber power be my guest. But I'm telling you the outcome in the end will most likely not be a good one. Take my word for it. I wouldn't reccoment anything from cyberpower.

Pros: The computer runs super fast, love the HD6950 graphics card! Runs pretty quiet unless you're doing pretty intense graphics, but I suppose it's gotta keep it cool somehow. Nice sleek case. I like the space inside the case to make upgrades if wanted.

Cons: I did a previous review with one star but updating to 4. Can't quite give 5 due to the experience with it. I got this box and it didn't work so NewEgg did a return/replace on it. Same problem with the second one. Finally contacted CypterPowerPC and they did an RMA on the graphics card. New graphics card worked perfectly. So I'm assuming the majority of these have bad graphics cards so be prepared to have to RMA it with CyberPowerPC from what it looks like in other reviews too. After replacement of the graphics card, no other complaints... just be prepared if you have a bit of hassle.

Pros: It didn't work out of the box. I e-mailed CyberPowerPC and called them. It took about 45 mins to get help (phone), but once I got a person, he was very helpful. We found out it was the video card. Machine works great...with my old video card.

Cons: Bad video card out of the box. Still waiting for the RMA vid card.

Other Thoughts: Great customer service, when you get ahold of someone. I would buy this computer again

Pros: it is running.

Cons: the first one I received, there's no signal out of the graphics card.
the second one I received,the hard disk drive sucks, I had to reboot computer 3 times on first day, 30% file will get error during copying or installation and it reboot when I try to check Disk.
So I had to buy a new hard driver,I DO NOT want to get replace from them, then so far so good.
Let's see what happen next.

Pros: It powered up...mostly

Cons: Bad out of the box. I hooked up all my peripherals and booted it up. Nothing turned on except the CPU lights and fans.

Other Thoughts: Will upgrade the eggs if I can get one that works.
