5 out of 5 eggsDiamond in the Rough

Pros: -Large High Quality Tower/Nice blue lit Fans plenty of ventilation
-Set up powers through Battlefield 3/Starcraft 2/WoW on Ultra at 1900x1200
-Stays Extremely cool even with overclocking (Over clocked to 4.5 and is running stable)
-Gigabyte TouchBios! Great bit of software you just have to download from Gigabytes website and you can overclock with a click and a reset.
-Graphics card is mislabeled on website it is actually the EVGA 570 HD Which does have a HDMI port and better cooling then the stock card.
-Blu-Ray player works flawlessly haven't run into a problem as described by others.
-Boots extremely fast
-Shipping was great except for UPS(Read in Con section)
-Professional wiring service was also done to the tower + the tower has panels to neatly tuck away the wires which gave the inside an extremely clean non cluttered appearance.
-No bloatware! except Zynga games but click gone haha.
-This computer for the price is a steal and wont disappoint!

Cons: -U...P....S, Now to explain I had paid for the 95 dollar next day shipping unfortunately my next day was Saturday but thats my fault for ordering late in the week. Monday morning comes and I see "Out for Delivery" A few hours later I hear the truck roll-up so I head down stairs. I then observe the UPS guy off loading other peoples packages but no large PC like boxes. He then headed back inside and I hear a loud *THUD* then a sliding sound. He then appeared at the door and I see the CP for Cyber Power! As I began to get excited he pushed it to the door of his truck and proceeded to push it out the door tumbling down his three steps and slamming on the curb...After he entered I asked him if he was gonna pay for the broken 1500 dollar computer in that box and he looked at me like i spoke another language and blew me off. BUT Thanks to numerous packing materials everything was intact and nothing leaked.

-Other then that no Cons other then....could use a SSD... that's stretching though

Other Thoughts: I was extremely worried by the numerous reviews from last year of everyone and their horror stories but for the 1400 price tag then parting out the identical computer on CP it came to $1930. I decided it was the best thing for a LEGIT Extreme Gaming machine. It has not disappointed. Every game I have thrown at it it has blown through it. Soon the 570 will hopefully drop to around $200 and ill be able to SLI them. Like I said above the card in mine is the EVGA 570 HD which you can look at the difference between the EVGA 570 HD and a 570. This computer does not disappoint though this is my second CyberPower PC and my second pre built CP from Newegg. This set up has not stopped impressing me. I have it paired with a ASUS 26in Monitor and it is just Amazing. If you are on the fence dive in and take a risk the reward is worth it. Below are games ive played so far on it Maxed out. 1900x1200
-Battlefield 3
-Mirrors Edge
-MW3
-Starcraft 2
-WoW
-Star Wars the Old Republic
-GTA IV + Expan

1 out of 5 eggsNewegg really needs to start expecting more from their shippers

Pros: It's pretty looking.

Cons: After reading some reviews I was nervous about the shipping issues others have been having. Ups man brought this to my door today and the box had a huge dent in the side of it. I asked the Ups guy about it and he did not really seem to care at all. So stupidly, I signed for it and started opening it up. Just don't bother sending a keyboard and mouse with this thing, they are complete junk. No hdmi card for the gtx 570..really? Opening up the side case to remove the foam, their is a ramstick ajar so I put that back in.(Shipping most likely) Boot up the machine and the windows registry key doesn't work. Luckily it started up anyways when I finally got it connected online. Luckily I have a pci-e network card in another of my machines since the onboard Ethernet apparently doesn't work.(Shipping again?) Blu-ray software is out of date and requires a payment to update.

Other Thoughts: What a piece of junk. Build your own, avoid the headaches and terrible shipping.

Manufacturer Response:

5 out of 5 eggssweet machine

Pros: This machine is very quite and fast

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: After powering the machine up I noticed that one of the side cooling fans wasnt hooked up which was no big deal. I dismantled it and hooked it up, other than that I haven't had any issues with it. I play wow and The old Republic on max settings with 60fps and no lag. Im loven it WOOT

2 out of 5 eggsLiquid cooling a problem

Pros: Great machine when it works.

Cons: When I received it, the cover was wet but it did not appear to have any inside but like another costumer, it started to leak and had to ship it to Cyberpower. It took over a month to get repaired and within 3 weeks of receiving computer, it started leaking again.

Other Thoughts: I think cyberpower needs to use a new shipping company.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued customer

We would like to first apologize to you for your frustration and will make every effort to address you concerns swiftly. Please email Cyber_tech2@cyberpowerpc.com so that we may locate you current RMA.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Water cooled, a big plus. Way fast on gaming does not slow down. 3.4 w/3.8 with turbo boost. 2600k i7 which several forums say they get into the 5k range. Have not messed with it yet though. Well worth the money.

Cons: Case is a little bulky. I think they could have shrunk it a little bit. Memory is only 8gb. Gonna upgrade to 16gb for gp.

Other Thoughts: It is supper quiet. Blue lights are cool but would have been cool with clear coolant tubes and a coolered liquid.

5 out of 5 eggs2 time's the charm

3 out of 5 eggsSo close to awesome...so close...

Pros: + Large case with ample room to grow the system
+ Good video card (Nvidia EVGA 570)
+ Good set of included software
+ Hot Swap drive bays are a great idea, but... (See below)
+ 950w PSU
+ Clean case assignment and decent cable management
+ SD Card reader is great addition

Cons: - The several included 120mm fans are incredibly weak/slow (They barely spin...and installing your own fan controller and cranking it to max doesn't help)
- Only 1 of our Hot Swap bays is functioning as intended
- The included blue ray software is obsolete and requires a paid upgrade to play almost any disk from feb 2011 on
- No video cable was included
- The reinforcement foam on the inside of the case partially encased the liquid cooling tubes and could have easily ripped them out if you are not really careful...it made taking the foam packet out really difficult

Other Thoughts: Overall this is a really decent system. While it is a little pricey it is quite nice. The case is spacious, but not recommended for those with limited desk space. It will really be nice to expand the PC as time goes by though.

The hardware used is good, but the price is a little high for what you get. Most of the components will last some time without augmentation or replacement. So that is good.

The things that really bugged me where the fact that the 120mm fans are so very weak. They barely move any air at all. All of them will have to eventually be replaced since I live in Hawaii and was counting on them to keep the case cool. Also the fast that the top most and bottom most Hot Swap bays do not work make me angry, but since I will just likely use an external enclosure it isn't a deal breaker.

My case also came with a cracked side window, but it was obviously from shipping since the box had a nice brown dent on it from the UPS truck...

1 out of 5 eggsits all wet

Pros: none as of yet, the box is nice

Cons: i have been unable to turn it on due to the fact that when it came to me it was soaked in its own cooling system, what i mean is either at the factor or when it was being shipped the liquid cooling system started to leak and water got all over the inside and out side of the case. im not the first person this has happened to

Other Thoughts: i called cyberpowerpc and they are going to let me ship it to them so they can figure out why it leaked, but that was last week and i havnt heard back from them.... you may get lucky and not have this problem its your choice

5 out of 5 eggsHawesome!

Pros: This thing is awesome. Runs cool and not allot of bloatware. Fired up Rift and ultra settings still get great frames when doing anything, in town or raids/warfronts.

Cons: Its huge, comes with average keyboard and mouse. Other than that its a dream.
