1 out of 5 eggsNot as advertised, piece of junk.

Pros: I can't believe that it has made it this far.

Cons: This is the first pc I had ever bought with my own money. Before that, I was always tinkering with my parents low-end, big box computers. This was going to be my first step into the minor leagues.
I started learning about all the different parts and what they where for. Soon after I realized that the GT graphics card that came with it, wasn't anything to boast about. In fact, I quickly ousted it in favor of a GTX 650, on my frail budget, and soon realized what the potential for gaming could truly be.
I've since learned a lot more in the last 2+ years and now know that building a PC from the ground up is far more beneficial and economical.
I had to put money into a new PSU because the one that with was underpowered to say the least.
I had to buy a new hard drive because the original dumped all my information and work down the hole on three separate occasions before it finally quit for good.
The case is huge, and at the same time, offers no real-estate on the inside. It just looks bigger, due to the huge 4" plastic nose jutting out from case.
The advertising mentions USB3.0, BUT... It doesn't make it very clear to someone that is still learning, that you get a USB3.0 port on the front with no supported hardware on the motherboard to use the darn thing.
You could buy a card to work with it...which means more money out of your pocket.
I couldn't so that if I wanted to anyways, because I had to use the PCi slot for a LAN card, due to the on-board module dying on me for no apparent reason.

But, what really gets on my nerves is that I've learned that the advertised CPU (FX-6300) didn't actually come with mine. I ended up with an FX-6100.
Sadly I had no way of knowing this until it was to late. Every other problem has felt like bad luck, but the CPU feels like a blindside to an unknowing consumer.

In reality, if I could go back in time, I would avoid this hunk of junk. All the money I wasted on this machine is over $1000+, and I still don't have as nice of a PC as what I could have had by just dropping all that money at once.

Other Thoughts: Wish I had saved my money and got something else.

2 out of 5 eggsWorked well for one month.

Pros: For the first month, everything about this setup was working fine. Fast load up, played games and videos without any hitches, was overall happy with my purchase. But after one month...

Cons: ...the problems started. I started to get Nvidia kernal driver crashes, BSODs, and screen freezes and restarts. I attempted to fix this by replacing the psu and graphics card to options more suitible for gaming, a psu 650W and an Nvidia GTX 750 ti, but it still wasn't the computer I had a month ago. I've almost sunk the buy price of this computer just trying to fix it. My thought is that the motherboard seems to be faulty. No OCing was used, in fact, I underclocked it to make it more stable. Now I'm going to attempt to dig around and find my warranty so I can take it in and confirm just what in the world is wrong with it.
Buyer beware, this one is a scare.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty good rig

Pros: Delivery time was amazing for starters, it arrived in only 3 days. Booted up right out of the box and works well. Good Processor speed and 8gig of ram make for a good base for future upgrades and gaming. All in all so far this is turning out to be a very good investment.

Cons: its loud ( sounds like a hair dryer on full ) face plate is plastic with plastic hinges making it very flimsy. Graphics card is well, not all that great but its good enough to get by till I can get an upgrade for it.

Other Thoughts: For the price it is a really good rig, I am honestly surprised that Windows 8 is a lot more user friendly on the desktop than on a laptop.

1 out of 5 eggsDisappointed

Pros: Was very good when it worked for a good 1 week.

Cons: When I first got this it powered straight from the box. Everything worked fine, but after a week it got slower I thought maybe it was the programs I was running, but a few months afterwards it would start turning off and staying off when I tried to watch videos. I tried remembering where I got it frorm in order to review it and just realized it was off here. Biggest regret every purchasing this computer. Waste of 500 bucks, better off going to buy some HP Or Dell at least that will last 5 years. Good luck to anyone who decides to buy this piece of junk.

1 out of 5 eggsIt's dead Jim!

Pros: The only time this particular machine worked was when I first turned it on to set up windows.

Cons: I was really excited when I got this machine as it was going to be the replacement for my dead laptop. I had the computer for about three days and each day it randomly shut down at odd times without a prompt. Yesterday it turned off but all the hardware in the tower was still running. I couldn't completely turn it off without pulling the power cord. When attempting to turn it back on the hardware would run but there was never a 'beep' which told me it wasn't posting. So I had my boyfriend help me check all the connections of the hardware on the inside of the tower, and that was fine and everything on the outside of the tower was secure. After some trouble shooting I decided to box everything back up and I'm hoping to get a hold of some support at this point.

Other Thoughts: It just kind of sucks to have spent $500+ on a computer that doesn't work.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent PC

Pros: Runs right out of the box, decent power to run up to mid range graphics intense applications on higher settings, runs quiet, pretty reliable for a year now.

Cons: Door on front of case broke very easily first time I caught it with chair. Cannot run some games on high graphics settings, something about this configuration seems to be holding it back somewhat. Fan died about a year in.
