1 out of 5 eggsPaperweight

Pros: tower looks cool

Cons: not enough memory, poor sized video card, processor overheated before I even had the unit for a year. . ventilation very poor, heat sync for cpu undersized and causing overheating and eventual system failure. Even when it did run could barely run any game on lowest settings. To call anything with this size video card a gaming computer is atrocious. Deserves no eggs.

Other Thoughts: really like radeon products but this has made me have to rethink my options in the future.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We're truly sorry to hear that your computer has left you with such an opinion. The
CPU cooler that comes with this machine was designed by AMD themselves for your
processor and was tested extensively by us before your machine was allowed to leave
our warehouse; if you're having a problem with your CPU overheating I suggest
that you contact us as soon as possible, so that we can look into this issue with you.

1 out of 5 eggsexpect issues

Pros: great hardware

Cons: You have no idea the hell your in for with these guys. first have to put in Windows validation from side sticker because you're given a bad one. second forget steam or anything gaming related unless you plan on different bsods (blue screens of death for those not pc savvy). I managed the windows updates and still have tons of them. im returning as soon as possible. the hardware is amazing and worth the price if you can get it all to work nicely together.. they dont send it working nicely though so... yeah have fun with these guy's if you buy but mines going back

Other Thoughts: test your *amn pcs before selling. make sure they can handle downloading steam games or even normal mmos before advertising as a gaming console. you're lying otherwise. You have the hardware just take a step in making sure it runs smoothly

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing BSOD issues. Normally BSODs mean that a piece of hardware has been damaged and is preventing the machine from working properly. Damages like these can happen during shipping and are why we provide the 1 year parts and labor warranty. All of the computers that we produce are tested for 72 continuous hours with a myriad of software from furmark to prime95; this way we can be more than assured that the hardware will handle whatever load is put on it and still stay cool. This testing faze is actually why our machines come with temporary windows activation keys preinstalled with the final key on a side sticker. If we were to test a computer with the final key, and the motherboard fried then we'd need to call Microsoft just to release your final key for use again, so instead we use the disposable keys and let you activate it upon arrival; This also insures that you know where your activation key is in case you need to reinstall windows ever.

5 out of 5 eggsWOW

Pros: Shipping was extremely quick; so quick in fact it seems like a Cyberpowerpc rep was standing outside my door waiting to knock once I hit the order button.

The case has plenty of room for extras, and has room for a radiator, as the top of the case is ported for one.

Great bang for the buck if your looking to make this rig your own, as it definitely has the room for it.

Cons: This is an entry level rig, and the video card is very basic.

Some might look at this and think twice but remember the whole rig ran me $350.00. This is about the price of a decent video card.

Other Thoughts: This rig is great for those on a budget, once you have saved enough for a nice video card this will be a solid rig.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

Glad to hear that you are pleased with the service and product your recieved. We are also excited that you took time to note this PC's upgrade potential and can see that it is in capable hands.

If you run into any roadblocks or just have questions in general then our tech support team is always happy to help.

-Best of luck in your build; from us at CyberPowerPC

3 out of 5 eggsHassle free for about a year

Pros: good speed, great price, dependable until this year.

Cons: unit started shutting off seemingly randomly. One day I couldn't keep it powered on. Loaded HWinFo64 and monitored temps. Not calibrated but when system shuts down AMD processor is hot.

Other Thoughts: Heat Sinks and Fans need to be upgraded if you are gonna work this thing

1 out of 5 eggsNo Video Output

Pros: Looks nice, lots of space for more drives.

Cons: Never was able to use the computer, as it would not display any video on monitor (which worked with several other machines I own). I even purchased it with an additional MSI video card, in case the video card in the motherboard was faulty, but neither video out worked. Regrettably, I didn't return it immediately, as I thought I could work it out...but over a year later, it's just a large paperweight.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We do apologize for the inconvenience. When issues do arise, we will come to a resolution for our customers. 1 out of 5 eggsNot as advertised, piece of junk.

Pros: I can't believe that it has made it this far.

Cons: This is the first pc I had ever bought with my own money. Before that, I was always tinkering with my parents low-end, big box computers. This was going to be my first step into the minor leagues.
I started learning about all the different parts and what they where for. Soon after I realized that the GT graphics card that came with it, wasn't anything to boast about. In fact, I quickly ousted it in favor of a GTX 650, on my frail budget, and soon realized what the potential for gaming could truly be.
I've since learned a lot more in the last 2+ years and now know that building a PC from the ground up is far more beneficial and economical.
I had to put money into a new PSU because the one that with was underpowered to say the least.
I had to buy a new hard drive because the original dumped all my information and work down the hole on three separate occasions before it finally quit for good.
The case is huge, and at the same time, offers no real-estate on the inside. It just looks bigger, due to the huge 4" plastic nose jutting out from case.
The advertising mentions USB3.0, BUT... It doesn't make it very clear to someone that is still learning, that you get a USB3.0 port on the front with no supported hardware on the motherboard to use the darn thing.
You could buy a card to work with it...which means more money out of your pocket.
I couldn't so that if I wanted to anyways, because I had to use the PCi slot for a LAN card, due to the on-board module dying on me for no apparent reason.

But, what really gets on my nerves is that I've learned that the advertised CPU (FX-6300) didn't actually come with mine. I ended up with an FX-6100.
Sadly I had no way of knowing this until it was to late. Every other problem has felt like bad luck, but the CPU feels like a blindside to an unknowing consumer.

In reality, if I could go back in time, I would avoid this hunk of junk. All the money I wasted on this machine is over $1000+, and I still don't have as nice of a PC as what I could have had by just dropping all that money at once.

Other Thoughts: Wish I had saved my money and got something else.
