4 out of 5 eggsGreat upgrade

Pros: Better, faster, easy to fire up and operate.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Got this as a replacement for my 2007 HP running Vista. It's like night and day. The price can't be beat, as it's cheaper than buying Windows 7 and I got a faster computer and twice the hard drive capacity. A no-brainer.

5 out of 5 eggsFor the price you can't beat it

Pros: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, low low low cost, expandable and upgradable, silent. has legacy I/O ports along with a total of 8 usb ports (2 front/6 rear), decent CPU and RAM for the $. Mine came with a Pentium E2180 2ghz cpu. No issues and came with a much nicer keyboard than most other refurbished computers. A great replacement computer to replace a windows XP computer. Can take up to 8gb RAM (4x2gb DDR2).

Cons: Scuffed (but you need to expect this with used computers) 4 memory slots were filled with 512mb sticks, upgrade will require removal. Most other refurbished with 2gb come with 1x2gb or 2x1gb. Not a big deal on this machine as it will be used for guest registrations 7 months out of the year.

Other Thoughts: All in all a great little computer for the money, really a darn good bargain even without the $10 MIR. Happy to see the PCIx 16x slot is a real one, HPs business computers came for a while with a slot that looked like a 16x, but wasn't usable for expansion cards. This computer is replacing a sempron XP dell that was already years past needing replacement for a recreational park & campground that is open 7 months out of the year. For most who want to avoid windows 8 and their old XP computer was working ok but not worth it financially to upgrade (cost of OS and labor if they aren't tech savvy) this computer or any like it are well worth it. WAY better than risking it with an unpatchable OS.

4 out of 5 eggsBargain

Pros: 64 bit OS and a generation of hardware that will be relevant for awhile. So far, no issues with the refurb hardware. For the price its a solid buy.

Cons: Its a refurb, keep your expectations that its been owned before and you will be more then happy as well as a chance at being outright surprised. Expect a shiney new machine? Buy a shiny new machine.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Price: $89.99 after rebate and it comes with Windows 7 Home Premium. Great starter computer for a child, or for basic tasks.

This PC was advertised to come with a dual core Intel E2180 CPU running at 2.00GHz. It actually came with an E2220 running at 2.40GHz! Thank you for the free upgrade!

As far as condition goes, it looked flawless. You would have no idea this thing was a refurb.

For the price I paid, you just cannot touch this deal for what it is.

Cons: So far none.

Other Thoughts: At the regular price of $200, I would PASS on this computer. Under $100 like what I paid, it becomes a no-brainer.

4 out of 5 eggsMislabeled Title

Pros: Great little computer. I was looking for something small that would fit in a standard rack for a pfsense box. This fit the bill well as it had two pci-e 1x slots in it. Each slot hold a one gig NIC. The desciption of this pc says that it has a core 2 duo on it. It does it, it has a dual core pentium (e2180). The core 2's are a different line of processor. Had to deduct one egg for false advertising. However, pfsense will run on an atom CPU without any issues, so this not being a core 2 was not a huge deal

Cons: some small scuffs on the top and one of the feet was not glued on straight. I don't care thought because i bought this knowing it was used.

Other Thoughts: Solid PC. Works very well for what i bought it for. hope it holds up for a couple of years. That will make it more worth the money
