Question 1

I see two HDMI ports on the machine one looks to be on the mobo the other on the video card. My question is can the audio be passed through the HDMI from the video card? I'm looking ot hoiok this up to a TV and I don't see an optical connection for audio just the 3.5mm audio out jack.

I currently have it set up from the video card to my monitor with built in speakers via hdmi and it plays sound wonderfully

I recently bought this machine and am pleased with it. Included below is port info in reponse to your question:

USB 3.0 ports:
2x front 
2x back

USB 2.0 ports

1x rj-45 ethernet on back
1x ps/2 \serial port on back

Audio input/out:
headphone and mic jack on front
mic and speakers jacks on back

Has on board video that has ports for dvi, hdmi, and vga
Also has a video card included, which as ports for dvi,hdmi, and vga

Can I purchase with windows 7 instead of windows 8?

If you buy the computer from the manufacturer's website you can choose to have Windows 7 instead of 8. That option is not available on Newegg. But the computer costs more on the manufacturer's website and you will pay an additional fee to change the operating systems. Shipping also costs more.

It is more cost efferent to buy the computer and Windows 7 (depending on the version) on Newegg. Although, it is more hassle-free to buy from the manufacturer with it already installed. It all depends on your budget and skill level.

How many USB2/USB3 slots? How many hard drive bays?

The Motherboard in mine is a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

Front Panel 1 X USB 2.0, 2 X USB 3.0

Back Panel 4 X USB 2.0, 2 X USB 3.0

I have not opened up my case yet, but you can see the one pic in the images that shows 6 slots which the case can support.

The manual says

1 X IDE and 6 X SATA 3Gb/s. Support for RAID 0, 1, 10 and JBOD

Does this include a Windows installation disc? I'm adding an SSD to the system and would like to re-install the OS.

the install disc is specific to the avatar computer and if you upgrade to windows 8.1 it will not work. you'll have to wipe the drive to the best of my knowledge

Does this computer with standard graphics that come with the computer, support dual Monitors? After looking around I assuming yes, but I want a seconded answer.

I play on a 40 inch single samsung screen. I can only imagine it is possible but I have not personally tested this. I don't think you will have issues unless you are using two huge screens. Two normal monitors should work just fine.

Would this gaming pc be able to play battlefield 4, dayz, minecraft, all that kind of at ultra settings? If not would it be able to at lower settings? How much fps would it get? I would be playing at 1080p.

I love the PC,its been cool so far,flawless.I don't have bf4,I'm positive it will play it,just not on max settings. If their turned up that high frame rate will suffer.it will run it fine,but the top settings will need to be turned down a bit.
