The Pioneer® VSX-1130-K is creating a new reality in home theater. This 7.2-channel AV receiver delivers 165 watts per channel (6 ohms 1 kHz 1 % 1ch Driven) or 95 + 95 Watts (20Hz – 20kHz, 8O, 2ch Driven) of pristine audio reproduction. Plus, it offers amazing new technologies, such as Dolby ATMOS®, 4K 60P Ultra HD Upscaling and Pass-through, HDCP 2.2, DSD Playback, Subwoofer EQ, Dual Subwoofer Pre-out, Built-in AVNavigator, and it's Spotify® Connect Ready. Additional highlights include 7 HDMI Inputs with 2 Outputs, an energy-saving ECO Mode, and a host of networked entertainment options.

Room Requirements
Using the Pioneer Elite Dolby ATMOS Enabled Speakers you will need the following in order to use the Dolby ATMOS-enabled capability of these speakers, the listening room ceiling should have horizontal flat hard surface (for audio reflection) and a height of 8' to 14'.

Equipment Requirements
In addition to a Dolby ATMOS compatible speaker set up, you must have a Dolby ATMOS compatible receiver/processor and Dolby ATMOS encoded content.

The VSX-1130-K gives you two ways to enjoy your music wirelessly from your iPhone®, Android™, PC, laptop or any other compatible sources. All 2015 models offer built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology. Plus, the VSX-1130-K is equipped with dual antennas providing Dual Band Wi-Fi (2.4GHZ and 5.8GHZ) for a much greater network range and throughput.

Connecting the VSX-1130-K to your home Wi-Fi network is easy with a new Apple iOS and Android App. Simply download the app to your compatible smartphone and walk through the simple connection process. The app transfers all your Wi-Fi settings from the smartphone to the AV receiver.

The VSX-1130-K features AVNavigator, a built-in system that simplifies the setup process. Unlike other systems that required an app download or the installation of a CD-ROM, AVNavigator helps you easily connect the VSX-1130-K to your network and launch your favorite web browser on virtually any device. The AVNavigator will walk you through the connection and setup of your new receiver. You can even explore new features of your AV Receiver using the Interactive Contents section. Just push a button on the virtual remote control and AVNavigator will activate the feature and explain what it does.

The Start-up Navi App is special app to help you easily set up the AV receiver via Wi-Fi with your smartphone. After opening the package, scan the QR code on the Quick Start Guide with your iPod touch/iPhone/iPad or Android device connected to your home network, and download the Start-up Navi app. As you proceed with the wizard, the network set-up for your AV receiver will be completed smoothly. Then, in coordination with the AVNavigator, the app lets you do all the initial settings of the AV receiver.

The VSX-1130-K features an updated icon-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) that makes setup, navigating Internet radio and iPod or iPhone contents more intuitive and universal. Not only are the words on navigation screens accompanied by icons, they can also be set in any of seven different languages.

To help make the setup process easier, we've improved the design of the rear panel on all 2015 receiver models. The layout is simpler, the spacing is better, the text is easier to read, and the speaker connections are more clearly labeled.

If your home theater system is enclosed in a cabinet, it's often difficult to know the status of certain functions. With On Screen Display (OSD), your receiver's basic information, such as volume, input, and surround mode, will overlay on screen as you make adjustments with the remote, so you don't have to switch to a blank screen background. If you prefer not to see the overlay, the feature can be disabled.

The VSX-1130-K delivers the high-resolution music playback you demand with support for 192 kHz 24-bit AIFF, WAV, and FLAC, Apple Lossless up to 96kHz 24-Bit and DSD (SACD) files at 2.8 MHz. Compressed formats, such as MP3, WMA, and AAC are also supported. Stream files from your home network, smartphone device, tablet, or even the front USB. The VSX-1130-K also supports multi-channel WAV and FLAC files.

With the power of Internet Radio, the VSX-1130-K gives you nearly unlimited listening options. Enjoy thousands of Internet radio stations around the world with vTuner and access all your favorite tunes from Pandora and Spotify Connect — complete with on-screen album art and music information. Spotify Connect is a premium subscription feature that lets you play and control Spotify with your compatible smart devices.
