Hamburger in 3-Minutes

Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and any other ingredients you want

Divide ground beef and make patties. The size of the patties should be determined by the size of the bread you are putting them on. Place patties into the pot.

Close the pressure cooker’s lid and plug in the power cord. Press the chicken and meat preset function key. Press on the time demand key to reduce the preset time from 30-minutes to 3-minutes. Use the – key to reduce the time.

Make sure that the valve stays in the seal position

You may hear a "buzz" sound during the cooking duration. This sound is normal.

When the unit is done cooking you will see the "oh" display on the control panel. The "oh" display means the pressure cooker is in the release stage it will take about 10 minutes for the pressure cooker to fully release pressure. Once the pressure is released on the unit, your hamburger will be ready to eat.
BBQ Beef Ribs

Use two to three pounds of beef rib. When you buy the ribs you may ask your butcher to cut along the bones where the meat attaches to them.

Clean the ribs then place them into the pressure cooker’s removable inner pot. Pour BBQ sauce and honey sauce over the ribs. Make sure you pour enough sauce to cover the ribs.

Place the inner pot into the pressure cooker. Cover the lid and plug in the power cord to the pressure cooker. Press the chicken and meat key. Make sure the valve is in the seal position.

Clean the crab first then place the crab into the pressure cooker’s inner pot

Pour one cup of water into the inner pot. Cover the lid and plug in the power cord to the pressure cooker. Press the steam function key. Press on the time demand key to reduce the preset time from 30-minutes to 12-minutes. Use the – key to reduce the time.
