The new Electric Kettle from Saeco performs above and beyond existing water kettles on the market today. Not only does it rapidly boil 50 ounces of water conventionally, it can heat water to exact, preset temperatures and hold that temperature for up to two hours. The kettle can also perform a combination of these two functions, bringing water up to a rolling boil and then keeping it warm at a lower temperature for two hours.
