i dont care about how loud it is my dads fan has quite a loud fan but does this give a fair glow and push a bit of air?

It's not a super bright fan, but it does give a cool look. Most importantly, I rarely need to replace them. Haven't had to replace in over 2 years of 24/7 running.

Question 2

Is the red LED a different shade than other red LED fans? Really want the fans to match.. I got the Corsair Carbide Spec case.

the 'shade' of a red led is the same, what others are saying is the color the plastic the fan is made out of is a different shade.

overall its a nice red, and not a 'pinkish' color, which is what i would assume you are worried about.  it should match your other colors nicely when powered on, while off, it does look a little pink.

Question 3

is there a splitter that seperates the fan and led control on these? I own them and cant seem to figure this out for my Raidmax Agusta case

while as it sits there is no separate control for the leds.  you can however modify how the led's are wired and simply use another 3 pin connector for the led's alone.

I've done this, and it involves a lot of splicing and soldering, i used the extra fan control to adjust the brightness doing this, but it can be messy and probably not worth it.

Does this have a 4 pin mobo connector? I was looking at the pictures and the provided cable shows a 3pin and a molex.

Nope, no 4-pin. Just 3-pin and a molex adapter.

120mm? measured from where to where?

120 mm or 12cm as measured from edge to edge.  since the fan is square either outside edge to edge measurement is how they do it.

What's the wattage use per fan?

runs off a 12 volts.... and im thinkin about 4.2 watts as cooler master has a red led that uses 4.2. i have nothing to test this to confirm but i extremely doubt its going above 4.2 watts. assume 3.5 to 4.2 watts.

How long are the leads on these. Long enough to reach the motherboards on a medium case?  24" or 36"   Thanks in advance
