This review is from: ASRock ALiveNF6P-VSTA AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE / nForce 430 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Pros:
I was relunctant to go with this ASRock board at first, since they are a 'lesser' MB company but the experience has been pleasant overall. Installation was smooth, Proc/Ram were detected, and it's been stable so far. I have no complaints, and to top it off, the board is fraily inexpensive.

Cons:
Well, it's hard to call any of these cons, since I knew before buying, but some things to consider: The PCIx slot is not spaced away from the PCI slots--understandable, since its a mATX board--so with a dual slot GPU you're left with only 1 PCI slot. Also, minor but somewhat annoying, the motherboard has only 1 chassis fan header.
Overall Review:
Good board, I would buy it again and recommend it, as long as the buyers not expecting EXTREME performance or whatever.
