Pros:
this is the board to go with if your an amd fan, screw asus , screw gigabyte , biostar rules, there is OC features on this thing that is gonna blow your mind , just be sure to read the Manuel, if ur a n00b and new to OCing then this is for u and if ur 733t then this is also 4 u!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons:
nope none except for the crying part, wait thats my kids!!!!
