Pros:
Everything is well labeled. The drivers installed on both Vista32 and Vista64.
Upgrading the BIOS is smooth.
Cons:
The memory slots are close to the PCI-E slot. This makes it a little tough to insert and remove memory.
It doesn't include an MSI sticker for the case.
