Pros:

PSU is amazing not a single problem there.

Cons:

Rebate is seriously horrible. You'll get pre-registration number but envelope you are going to send will never arrive, according to them.

Overall Review:

I've sent 3 other rebates -after- this one and they were processed and finished within 2 weeks. This one is gone.. If you are going to buy this PSU do so, it's really good..
But don't count on rebate. It's a scam.
