This review is from: ASUS P6X58D Premium LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros:
I love this motherboard. I was VERY happy with my prior Gigabyte board, but when I wanted to upgrade to an i7 920, the gigabyte offerings weren't as good I didn't think. This thing booted right out of the box without a hitch. I liked the placement of everything (layout), and it is a very solid board. I didn't buy for the USB 3.0, by the time there are sufficient consumer devices that can take advantage of that it will be 2 years down the line and I will probably have moved on to another board.
Paired with: a Sapphire Radeon 5870 GPU
CORSAIR CMPSU-850HX 850W PSU
CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB DDR3 1600 Ram
Intel i7 920 @3.8ghz
Intel X25-M 160GB SSD drive
HAF 132 case. Fits perfectly.
This system FLIES.
Cons:
Cost is a bit steep, but worth it in my opinion
