Cheap. I had one of these original that failed before the warranty was up.
They replaced it with a refurb unit, like this one here.
It failed after 5 months. The original warranty seems to have expired 12/30/2010 and they won't auto issue the RMA. The date on the drive is Jul-2009 which means its only 1 yr, 7 months old.
Overall Review:
I had a good experience RMAing the original. I've asked them to issue an RMA for this one. It failed in Dec 2010, but I hadn't had a chance to ask for an RMA.
I have other brands of 750GB drives that are fine.
