Pros:
Plugged in and Windows 7 had it working in less than a minute. Didn't even need the included CD.
The range is great. I can wander away up to 10 meters or more and my headphones still work without issue.
Cons:
None so far.
Overall Review:
It's tiny. I know this is probably a pro, but I use it in my work computer and I know someday I'll forget it's there when they take the box away. ;-)
Oh, and it's USB 2.1, not 2.0.
