Pros:
It arrived on time, the box is informative..
Cons:
The first and second motherboard arrived DOA. The third motherboard I am having some issues with, horizontal fuzzy lines across the screen while setting up the BIOS upon start-up. I contact newegg on the return policy, I was out of the country for a little while, and they sent me to ASUS. Their systems were down. I contact technical support and say that they think there is something wrong with the motherboard so I send it in with the VGA card, upon the person's request who I spoke with. I get the board back saying that there are no problems, okay that is fine I just have to fiddle with it some more or some other component is not working...but they do not return my VGA card so now I cannot see if I can set it up on my own or whether I have to send it off to a computer shop for assembly. I call and leave messages at the ASUS CA office and get no reply.
Overall Review:
I have had two "experts", the head tech at my college and a guy who builds computers and writes programs for orbital satellite efficiency, and they say the motherboard is the issue. An ASUS rep who I spoke with over the phone thought it was the motherboard as well. one day this machine will work with or without this motherboard
