Pros:
Plug and play, never had a problem connecting
Cons:
If anything it's too small. It's very easy to lose in a bag or a drawer. Of course, that becomes an advantage if you leave it plugged into your computer all the time it's not really poking out.

used with a windows 7 computer and some phones.
