Pros:
esata

Does what its suppose to, back up my data. I also run a vm off it now and then.
Cons:
Not really a con but:
Drive goes to sleep when not in use, so initial start of transfers are slow.
The case is hugh, so it may stand out on your desk.
Its flaming Orange, so unless you cover it - it will stand out on the desk. I hide my under the desk.
Overall Review:
I use the drive with esata to backup iso files and other doc's that I don't use day to day but are still handy to have for when you need them.
I've used this at work now for almost a month without any issues.
