Pros:
Not the fastest SSD on the market due to asynchronous memory, but far faster than a single HDD. You save a good chunk of money as a result though, synchronous NAND drives carry a much heavier tag. Price per pound (I got mine for about $1/gig), very much worth it. No compatibility issues on my EVGA X58 motherboard, no corruption, no special configuration; I just plugged it in and it has worked flawlessly.
Cons:
I wish it was a terabyte? ;D
