Not Powering my hdd

Pros:
Nice enough packaging
Cons:
Doesn't power my seagate hard drive. It does have an external power supply port but did not come with a power supply. I can't tell if it works or not.
If someone from MassCool would contact me about it that would be pretty cool.
Overall Review:
Would like to know if this works or not. If I can't get this to power my existing hard drive I will have to return it.
