Pros:
Overclocking was very easy after getting use to the BIOS interface. Having built in HDMI & DVI connections with the onboard graphics will save you a few bucks on video card.
Cons:
The LE version of the board is small so my CPU cooler actually covers the RAM slot closet to the CPU. The cooler isn't a stock cooler but I wouldn't call it huge.
