Pros:
Speed
Cons:
Crashed all of a sudden in Win 7 SP1. BIOS would not recognize the drive anymore. Luckily it was not my data drive otherwise would have been kicking myself. I should have stuck with intel SSD and could have avoided the need to deal with RMA.
