Pros:
Installed it in ~10 minutes, works fine with no added noise
(In case anyone else has never seen a motherboard with 2x 4pin connectors, if your mobo only has one 4 pin, use the 4 pin that says CP, the other one says U1)
Cons:
The manual had no information on weather to use the CP or U1 4 pin connector and I had never seen those before so I had to look it up on google =/
