Price.
Cons:
Would randomly shut down my PC. Yes, my PSU is plenty powerful enough. Tried everything I could think of, but every few hours - CLICK - the computer would just die. Unplugged this hub months ago....PC hasn't turned itself off since. Before and after this hub was installed the machine was 100% stable.

You get what you pay for I suppose.
