Pros:
Great price, fast speed, no compatibility issues.
Got it for my Canon t2i/550d, works without problems. Recognized it right away, a quick low level format and it's been working without any problems. From what I can tell it's only operating in the camera at the max rated sdhc speed, but it really isn't an issue and isn't anything to knock off ay points for.
My oldish touch smart tm2 sees it from the memory card reader just fine, as does my gf's 2010 MacBook pro.
Cons:
The 3rd gen iPad does not see it with the memory card reader, however if you plug your slr into the USB adapter for the iPad, it can read from it just fine. This should be the same for pretty much any camera that is recognized as a camera device rather than a mass storage device when plugged into USB normally.
