Where's the rebate

Pros:
Good system protection software, probably one of the best
Cons:
I sent in all the documentation for the rebate and the check has been listed as sent. So where is it? I'm apparently not the only one and this is the second Kaspersky rebate failure. Com on guys. I'll be moving to an actual free antivirus/firewall because of this. This is also why people don't respect intellectual property rights.
