Pros:
Allowed use of a newer, and cheaper, SATA drive where an IDE drive was previously.
Cons:
Somewhat thick if space is an issue
Overall Review:
This little device allowed me to install a newer gen SATA drive into my Tivo S2 box that requires an IDE drive, which are harder to find and more expensive. With nothing more than what came in the box, it was up and running without issues, and continues to work fine.
