Pros:

Great adapter, uses the Atheros chip
I got a link for the correct driver from support, if you aren't sure then email them and ask. reasonable response time

Cons:

Dealing with finding the driver

The public driver for TL-WN722N is AR9271, please download it from the link below
http://www.atheros.cz/atheros-wireless-drivers.php

and then run it on win7 to install TL-WN722N
