Pros:
Easy installation, plugs right in and asks for drivers. Installed flawlessly on Windows XP Pro desktop.
Adapter sits about 50 feet away from Linksys wireless router and hasn't dropped signal strength at all.

None so far

Very pleased with my purchased, looking to buy another one soon.
