Nuance Doesnt honor rebates

Pros:
Creates Pdf files but there are free alternatives .
Cons:
Won't honor rebate request. I purchased two copies, sent all required materials certified mail. Nuance replied that my claim is invalid because a claim has already been processed for my address even though I live in a single family detached home which I've owned since 1996. I wrote back to appeal but they won't reply.
Overall Review:
Some disreputable vendors entice sales with big rebate offers then disallow the vast majority of claims for whatever reason they can concoct
