Pros:
More uniform sliders, darker left, lighter right
Brush tool deals with color temp
More brush tool options
Great image quality
Cons:
It took longer than expected to make the switch from LR3 to LR4
The UI could use a little bit of improvement
Would be nice if it managed previews better, with 300,000 photos in my library previews on a small SSD are a pain.
Overall Review:
I'm not an Adobe fan but I do love Lightroom. Version 4 isn't as big as improvement as 3 was to 2 but there is no reason to continue using LR3, 4 is better.
