Pros:
Can hookup to your PC and has nice interface to print labels. Windows 7 install went fine. Ability to print "rudimentary" graphics is also nice.
Cons:
Power Adapter out of the Box was bad, called support was asked to mail the bad adapter back to them paid extra $7 in shipping and waiting to get a replacement.
But the major issue is that every time the machine is turned on and you print a job it will spit out about an inch of tape and cut it off. Considering the tape is probably the most expensive media you can buy (per sq feet) (about $14 to $20 each) this is just bad design and not mentioned on product page. Also included tape is a sample only (read short version only) so you might as well buy few extra tapes as well.
