Pros:
Nice board that handles windows 7 x64. I will be running a media server off of mine, it has all of the functionality of a standard mother board and CPU for half the price and with 8 GB of RAM this makes a nice addition to a home media server.
Cons:
It is to bad that it does not have any USB 3.0 ports and it only has 2 SATA 3Gb/s transfer rate I would prefer it had 4 SATA 6Gb/s connections.
