Cons:

Would not install drivers on Windows 8 PC. Started install program, when I clicked Install it just gave me the message, "Installation has been aborted", with no reason, no description, no nothing. Newegg listing says compatible with Win8 but the actual package only says up thru Win7.

Overall Review:

I should also note that: (1) the actual brand is I/OCrest, although there is a sticker on the box with the SY-PEX10008 model number, (2) the actual install filename doesn't match what's shown in the manual, (3) the manual first directs you to install the card, and then at the next step (software install) it starts off by saying, "Make sure that you have not inserted PCIe card into PCIe slot" (it tells you to install the card later on!!), (4) the I/OCrest website doesn't even show this card as a current product, (5) the I/OCrest website offers NO support information at all, and (6) clicking "Contact Us" on the I/OCrest website gives you the phone number for the factory in China!! AAAARRRRGGGG!!
I must ALSO note, however, in fairness to Newegg, that when I contacted them via Chat and spoke with Katherine, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of me, giving me a complete and total hassle-free refund!! Wow!! What a relief!!
