Pros:
Price. Quality. Quiet.
Cons:
The things you would expect from a cheaper fan: non-sleeved cables, non-PWM, no LED (could be a pro), and minimalist packaging.
Overall Review:
These are decent fans regardless of price. Add to the fact that they are around 10-15 bucks for four fans, and they are a great deal. I would definitely get these over the 4-pack of Cooler Master fans. These Xigmatek fans are better quality.
