This review is from: TRENDnet TEW-MFP1 1-Port Wireless N Multi-Function Print Server 802.11b/g/n, RJ45 USB 2.0 Type-A
Pros:
Sounds like a great concept -- being able to use a regular printer from anywhere in the house, without its having to be attached to a computer.
Cons:
Where to start? It DOESN'T WORK. I have messed with it and gotten so frustrated I had to quit, numerous times. Unfortunately I went past the point of no return for NewEgg, and that infuriates me even more, that I can't get my money back (and WHY is this so expensive, anyway?). I actually believed it was my problem because I have had excellent success with Trendnet routers in the past. But I came on here to gripe, and, lo and behold, 5 other people are saying the exact same things! I really want to have something which works, doing exactly what this gizmo claims it can do. If anyone out there can tell me of a product that DOES work, please let me know.
